Know before you go. I own a winery and make the wine. Tasting is required. I have a self imposed limit which is well below the legal limit. I trust this device, especially because I have compared it with others, and have found it to be very accurate. The service deprtment has also been very responsive and accommodating. They honor the warranty.

The shopping experience was straightforward and easy. The analyzer arrived on time. I have only had the anaylyzer for a short time and used it four times. The results make perfect sense based on all the factors. I feel i can use it with confidence. I still have the first recalibration experience yet to come sometime in the future, but hopefully BACtrack will continue to deliver satisfactory service.

If you enjoy alcohol this is a must have learning device. $129 is not much compared to what it costs if you do not understand the laws and rules. I 'm not that proud of it but i can walk on my hands with a .08 BAC .... it's still against the law for me to drive. I bought three more for my grown boys .

I received my replacement breathalyzer, BacTrack Pro 80, several months ago. I don't drink out too much or very often so didn't try it out until recently. Interesting enough, the mouth pieces are a bit bigger which require a larger volume of air..... I have a paralyzed vocal cord and cannot seem to offer the breathalyzer enough flo to make it operate without a considerable amount of effort if at all ...... and my partner has asthma and has documented decreased lung function and was not able to offer enough air with any amount of effort. Any suggestions?
