“The backtrack S80 really does seem like a professional police grade breathalyzer. I have owned 4 of these units and after about 120 blows I send a unit out to backtrack for re calibration as they start loose accuracy which only costs $24. I know from experience how accurate these units are after getting a DUI and having to have a breathalyzer installed in my car, which you fail if you blow over a .02 BAC, which for me is about one 12oz light beer. That being said, I used the S80 to test my BAC before blowing into my car and for a year I never failed the breathalyzer and was able to have it taken out and haven't gotten another DUI since and it's been 5 years.
