“I received my S80 as a gift. Unfortunately it did not work. I contacted them and they said it needed to be calibrated; so I mailed it in. I received a message that my unit could not be calibrated because it was too old and offered a $40 credit towards a new unit. I wasn't getting anywhere via email so I phoned Backtrack and they finally agreed to replace my defective unit. It was a bit much to go through, but in the end they stood by their product.”
