“I sent my BAC in for calibration and followed the directions provided to me. I received several emails reminding me to send the unit in for calibration. My package included the paperwork they asked me to complete. I also sent it via two-day FedEx and they signed for it. Then they didn't return it to me because they had no record of me sending it in. I was giving multiple excuses on what happened. I made several calls and then found out they had not yet calibrated my unit. Maybe my experience was ot the normal but they failed to deliver promptly. I'm not sure if I will just toss the unit when it needs to be calibrated or give BAC another try.”
