“I was getting concerned that my 17 month old BACtrack Trace was not giving correct readings (not good in either direction) so I found the $24.95 calibration service and send it in. I tracked it and found it arrived in a couple of days they process it in a few days and emailed that they were sending it to me several days early. Then email claimed that it had been delivered but to a different city and state. I emailed back complaining that it really didn't arrive; customer service checked on it and realized my BAC had probably gone to the wrong place and they sent me a brand new unit which
arrived at about the time I expected mine to be returned - fantastic!!”
“Been using this unit often for over a year, so when it came time to send back for calibration I logged into my account. I was happy to find that even though I didn't have my proof of purchase they were still able to calibrate it. There is a system to send it in & it's a thorough& thought out process. They even offered an expedited service that I took advantage of. We did have a small problem with the shipping but they were able to "fix" the issue within two emails.”
