“We have owned the S80 Pro for four years now. Not only is their product 100% accurate, but they also stand by their product! It worked for us so well, that we didn't ever have to question it. After regular but strict & responsible use (following the directions), the unit started to act haywire. We have always followed the manual & sent it in for the annual calibration, never missing it once. They promptly replaced the device, no questions asked. Except for the one-time product failure, they have never failed us. The failure in question was that it started to register about a .04-.07 BAC when all sober persons tested it (yes, with brand new mouthpieces each time), so if you have half a brain you'll know something is wrong with the actual device. Also, the turnaround time for re-calibration is minimal. Do it & don't worry about not having returned promptly. Purchase the brand new key chain breathalyzer and when I got up other one back from calibration it read half of what the keychain did so I was told to send the keychain and the s80 back and they were both recalibrated and checked out. I receive them back and they seem to be doing the same thing one reads .04 and the other one reads .021”
