“Unit is well used over the last year plus. Sent in for calibration and it was returned very quickly. Don't send in batteries. The unit will come back without.”
“I'm mad cause i had my breathalyser since 2011 and i used it about 40 times and it stop running i let it away for a while and decided to send it to you guys to calibrate but they told me that there is nothing to do with it, i have to buy another one !!!!! one of my friend got one at the same time and it still working very well so i think i bought a lemon... I'm not very satified as you can see !!! I think its a good product but not for me i had a bad experience.”
“I just received the unit and it doesn't register at all. Always states "Out", even though we are blowing into it as directed. Changed the flow settings and breath time, but no difference.
I'll see how they follow up and let you know how it goes. Very disappointed right now. Won't rate it since this unit doesn't work.”
