“This product works well and comes highly recommended. However a shortfall is that the company failed to mention the need for a periodic calibration. To do this, product needs to be sent back to the company for calibration, which is ok if you are living in the US, but very inconvenient and pricey for overseas customers. This should have been made clear in the product advertising.”
“These tips are great except when the temperature is below freezing. When this happens they become brittle and will break when trying to put them on. Other than that problem, the product is fantastic.”
