“We purchased the product to use as a documented way of proof that this person was not an alcoholic, drinking all the time. But when we read it couldn't be used for court purposes as proof, we sent it back. That was our only purpose was a proof trail. So didn't use the device.”
“Ordered and was suppose to have 3-5 day shipping. Over a week after ordering I had to call and ask where my order was. They customer service rep said, "oh we were suppose to send you an email about a delay in your order." Well great not being too far from San Francisco I figured shipping could have been quicker, product is okay but probably will not order from this company again because of their lack of organization and sub par customer service skills. An apology and reassurance my product will be shipped could have went a long way.....”
