“Ordered the blue ones and the fit is amazing, I struggle to find comfortable wellies these are so comfortable to wear whilst on long dog walks! May have to try the mid calf ones too !”

“After much disappointment having tried many makes of similar style boots, nothing seemed to fit well. Too narrow on the calf or if the calf fitted they would be either too narrow or too wide at the ankle, too short in leg. Poor quality and just uncomfortable in one way or another. I really had gof to the point of giving up. I needed an all round boot that had to be waterproof tough enough to cope with mucking out, horses, walking dogs, general yard duties but smart enough to go to shows, sales and pop to the shops. I actually travelled to the shop as I have sent so many back. There were lots of styles to choose from, the assistant was very patient and helpful. The fit was perfect, they look good. So far so good. I give 4 out of 5 because the warranty is only 6 months . Highly recommended worth the extra money for the fit and comfort great service too. If you have wide calfs then these are amazing.”

“I have just received these Brown Dakota boots on Friday and have hardly raken them off since! They are unbelievably comfortable, warm and fit so well. They have been great for walks on the beach and wet days walking around St Ives. I also wore them for the 4 hour drive back from Cornwall: amazing !”

“I have been looking for a good pair of boots for so long and these are perfect. I've had trouble with previous brands being way too big around the calves but these fit perfectly. They look amazing and are so comfortable - I've worn them every day since I received them!”

“I wanted tuff waterproof comfortable hardwearing with some style. At a good mid range price . Very pleased with my Dakota purchase wear them every day for forest dog walks. Previously I had a cheaper pair of the boots different brand they stated to fall apart as bd break down . These Dakota boots are do well made .”

“I just bought a pair of these boots for my Wife. She adores them, will not take them off. It was our first purchase from BB, and i wasn't sure what to expect. I was completely overwhelmed by the quality, the craftspersonship, the materials, the presentation ... they are truly exceptional. So well made, so light, so comfortable, and the attention to detail ... everything is flawless. Even in terms of opening the box ... it has that high end of feel of opening the latest iPhone .. beautifully packaged. Needless to say, these will be the first of many purchases from BB in the years to come. Go on .. treat yourself ;-)”

“Been looking for a quality pair of country walking boots for a long time. Came across these and placed a preorder as they were out of stock in size I needed. Well worth the wait. They are beautifully presented, look fab and comfy straight out the box. I followed the clear sizing guide and ordered a size 4 even though I am usually always a 5. They fit perfectly. Hoping for many years out of these.”
