“These look lovely, smell good ( leather) however I could not get my foot inside at all, despite ordering as per the size reccomendations, informing customers they have a roomy toe box . I have a high instep and I can not get my foot in to pull them on at all. I contacted the company straight away and they informed me a zip up version, of the same style is due but not yet available. I'm returning my boots purchased, in the hope I can swap for the zip version, however, I will size up this time, despite reccomendations to size down on the website, as I don't want to return another pair. I was really looking forward to wearing them before now but now have to wait for the zip up version to be released. I've not yet returned these as I've been working and not had chance to parcel up and go to the post office.”
