“The photo online and the product shipped look completely different. It doesn’t have a silver/grey frame, the mirror is glued onto a glass surface. Support informed me that the word ‘clear glass’ in the name suggests the above mentioned as opposed to the mirror made of clear glass (unlike Ikea’s plastic mirrors).
Even more frustratingly the mirror is not glued on correctly! It’s cross, the outer glass isn’t cut correctly and the dimensions are off! (You can clearly see it in the picture)
I contacted support and I’ve been informed the returns are at my expense which dosent make financial sense.
Overall a terrible product, and frustrated by bathshack.com
I will never buy anything from them again - I wont recommend I’ve too either.
Update: Delphine from support has been very professional and prompt. She has issued a 20% discount on the product. I think its an agreeable option for the issue.”
