I'm sorry to hear your item is damaged. Due to the fragile nature of some of our products, we request that all customers thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery & inform us of any issues or damage within 48hrs. Beyond this timeframe, it becomes unclear how the damage occurred; whether it happened during transit or while in your possession.
I have reviewed your case & can see that it was delivered to you on 23rd May, but you did not report the damage to us until 1st June. You also reported that the item was completely smashed to pieces inside the box, which would have been very evident when you moved the box. As you did not report the damage inside 48hrs, our courier would not accept responsibility for this damage. However, I can see that Dawn from our CS team initially offered you 10% off a replacement order with us and then this was amended to 15 % .
If you would like to touch base with Dawn if you would like to accept this offer and we can get sales to do a new order for you at the reduced cost rate
