“I bought 2 toilets for a project in work. Tought good price, decent reviews.... One toilet arrivied good, nicely packed, working great. The other one had open packaging, missing leg and looked a bit rough. Emailed customer service 5 days ago. NO REPLY. Tought ok, maybe it takes a whiel so decided to instal the toilet as the project is on hold, now the overflow is leaking, toilet is NOT FIT FOR PURPOUSE. Still no reply from the companny.... As this is my first project of many to come this year with bathroom refurb, won't be purchasing them here again. I will also seek refund for the damaged toilet as I don't think I'll get anywhere with exchange as there's NO comunication from the company.”
