“I cannot begin to describe how bad customer service is.
I bought an item on 24/01 - a week later I was told its not in stock- a refund is 10 working days- so I say to myself by the time I get the refund they will deliver it.
After numerous calls and emails, it was delivered on the 4th of March.
The hinges don't match to my shower screen- so I ask for a refund.
Didn't know this and no one advised me but they want me to pay and organise for the return. I've sent two emails so far for updates but no response. Even submitted a complaint.
I would NOT recommend that you buy from this website.”
