“I have ordered 2pcs got one delivered the second is missing while delivery docket indicates quantity 2 to be delivered. It turned out only 1 had been shipped. I Spent over an hour on the phone with multiple people explaining over and over what the problem is. Now after almost 3 weeks I'm awaiting the refund for the missing tray.
