I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the shower enclosure. You will find that all enclosures actually measure a little smaller than the shower tray they are designed to pair with. There are 2 reasons for this: 1) There should be a little space between the outside edge of your enclosure & the edge of your shower tray (you will notice this is the case on the images on our website) and 2) there is an adjustment range to allow for variations in your wall finish (tiles of differing thickness etc.). You will find this to be the case across most shower enclosures.
If you look at the specifications in the description of the enclosure, you will see that we list the minimum width as 850mm and the maximum width as 875mm.
Nonetheless, if you're still unhappy with the enclosure, we will of course help you return it.
