We are very sorry there was a delay in this ,
We can see that you were in contact with Ewan in customer service , it looks like you haven't replied to his latest email he sent you on the 19th July . We have also checked the tracking of the order and it shows as delivered .
If you would like to either reply back to Ewan or send in a new email to info@bathshack.com to confirm if you returned this and if so the tracking details from the courier you used . Once we have all the details we will get one of the team to look into this .
