“I was disappointed with the purchase of the shower. Following the breakdown of our previous model it was recommended that this shower was the recommended replacement for the T90 XR which had worked perfectly for more than 5 years . Within 24 hours of being fitted the new shower failed . We were then advised that the T90 SR should not have been fitted outside of Ireland which had been advised in the small print at the end of the list of specifications, as 70+ year old pensioners with no plumbing knowledge we were unaware of this and yet given the shower address was despatched to our address in Wales Bathshack were happy to take our money and despatch it to us knowing the item was unsuitable for use outside of Ireland”
