“I think the course is really good, my only bit of feedback is that all of the dogs are already very trained whereas it would be useful to see what it's like to train a dog or puppy that is just learning the skill for the first time and how he deals with the difficult things that happens like when the puppy ignores you or what you're doing isn't working.”

“I found the course really interesting. Steve is very engaging as a presenter. Using role play with a dog and owner enabled me to follow and understand how to combine his tips and instructions with my own dog. We tend to apply human thought and processes and assume we are doing the right thing for the dog and Steve explained that there are often more effective methods that he has tried and tested. His section on body language really helped me to pay more attention to my dog's eyes, mouth and general demeanour especially as I am a very new owner of an anxious rescue dog. His statements regarding patience put my mind at ease and made me realise that Rome wasn't built in a day!”
