Until I began the Bread Making with Richard Bertinet course, I had always thought of myself as an experienced home baker. M. Bertinet has put me right on so many levels and has made me aware of how many 'beginner's errors' I had built into my breadmaking! He explains everything wonderfully clearly and with such charm and infectious enthusuasm that I have fallen in love with breadmaking all over again. Whether you are an absolute beginner or familiar with baking, this course has a lot to teach you.

I enjoy the detail steps Richard shows when using the dough. Like when he did the pizza how it cooks in the oven an the brick oven. how it affects the texture. I have learned to have respect for sourdough.. the whole process behind on how long it takes. Also Richard's voice is soothing so its nice to play him in he background while I'm working.

Love the course, I can do it at my own pace and watch again and again instead of reading. I have been baking bread for a decade and thanks to this course and the kneading technique, the final loaf no longer looks so tight. I definitely recommend using a stand mixer if making something like ciabatta, I speak as someone who spent over an hour kneading to bring it under control.

Brilliant! I cannot recommend the course enough. Watching the techniques of Richard Bertinet and following his instructions step by step had allowed me to improve my bread making 100%. I always felt that I wasn't a baker, I love to cook, but baking wasn't my strong point. However, my bread is absolutely going from strength to strength. My family can't wait for me to bake bread, I still follow the videos & will continue to do so. It's another Christmas present this year for me. The mince pies are to die for by the way.

One of the best, most interesting, professionally presented online courses I've ever taken! Makes me want to get my hands in the dough! Loved the class and the instructor was awesome.

Great stuff but my bread does not turn out like Richard’s. Would be great to include a troubleshooting section in each video.

Bread Making: Richard Bertinet I have met you Richard through this course. I have to own an asset like one you have: the over “27-year-old mother sour dough starter”, loaded with both of nutritional goodness and complex flavours You have relentlessly shared with me most of your Pastry Chef tricks. Thanks a million for sharing and giving me the blue print to start making my own bread
