Such a joy watching Richard Bertinet teach his passion for baking. I worked as a baker from the age of 21 to 34 years old and he has taught me so much more about the science behind baking than I had learned over the 13 years. If you love baking and need to up your game, he is the baker you want to learn from. P.S. NO KNEADING...lol

Entertaining and so informative! I binge-watched the whole course and am about to do it again, just for fun. Richard is an excellent instructor. The classes are very complete and easy to grasp. His technique with the dough is wonderful to watch and learn. In addition to the breads you would hope to be taught, there are several really fun breads that I didn't expect but I'll be sure to try, like green pea and chickpea flatbreads, fougasse and several more. I've got my dough scraper and my bread flour and I'm raring to go now!!

I’ve really enjoyed learning how to make lovely bread from this course. My previous attempts were far from successful but I’ve been amazed at the lovely bread coming out of my oven following Richard’s methods. Also made the mince pies which were delicious.

I have been making bread for years, but wanted to expand my repertoire and improve my skills. I thought I might watch all the lessons, but may only make some of the recipes, I don't usually have much white bread/flour, but I am so enjoying Richard's instruction that I am working through every lesson in order. His love of dough is very infectious and to be taught by someone so passionate about what they do is a real treat. I'm loving every minute.

I watch bertinet making and jiggling dough for sheer pleasure. My loaves have improved dramatically with his technique, but I watch him adoring the dough for sheer pleasure. Highly recommend.

Recently I decided to try my hand at making sourdough breads. My first few attempts were not dismal failures but not what I was hoping to achieve. So I decided to go back to basics and make sure that I understood the basics of bread making. Mr. Berneti is a master and this course is a systematic comprehensive stepwise approach to home back. So far, I have done the basic loaf, baguettes, and now ciabatta. I intend to continue the sequence as it leads up to sourdough. Mr. Berneti has a wealth of experience and can share it in a direct, hands-on approach. The videos match up well with the PDF text. My only suggestion would be to have the capability to add subtitles. Sometimes it's a little hard to understand him.
