“Overall very good but I am not sure it is good for complete beginners. Mr Bertinet does several recipes with 1k of flour rather than the usual 500gm. I thought he could have started with 500 and progress to a 1k. Dealing with 1k is more scary and challenging.”

“Between the material that I’m able to download and watching the video it’s like being in a classroom with Richard. As a person that grew up in the Doughnut business without any formal training I find this course to be invaluable.
