“He explains and demonstrates each step very well. (Using your brain before your hands could become a mantra for many things in life.) That doesn't
mean I am not totally intimidated, however. Tomorrow
I will be brave and try the first loaf. Then on the
following day I will try the white bread recipe from America's Test Kitchen (the bread book I have been using quite religiously) to see if we can taste the difference. I have already told my husband we need to
move so I can have a nice wooden bench as my work
surface.”
