“No BlaBla, professional teaching, right to point,
I learn so many detailed things I haven't read in all my books so far. And I have a lot. Once I got used to Richards "Franglish" I could better understand him.
This weekend I baked Brioche, Ciabatta, Fougass and Baguette. Next will be Sourdough which up to now I always failed. So I am very excited how this will work. But now all my friends have to eat the bread I baked.”
