No BlaBla, professional teaching, right to point, I learn so many detailed things I haven't read in all my books so far. And I have a lot. Once I got used to Richards "Franglish" I could better understand him. This weekend I baked Brioche, Ciabatta, Fougass and Baguette. Next will be Sourdough which up to now I always failed. So I am very excited how this will work. But now all my friends have to eat the bread I baked.

I'm 75 and have been baking bread for 60 plus years. I am finding this to be a delightful course. Richard is a wonderful teacher. He shows his love of bread in the joyful way he handles the dough. I have learned many new tricks in handling dough and better understand why dough reacts the way it does. In my case you can teach an old dog new tricks.
