What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course? Learn a new skill
I return to the course time and time again for advice. Being able to watch a technique in practice is so beneficial. Lots of different breads to try has made it an interesting course to try out.

Richard's enthusiasm for his subject and his simple step-by-step explanations have helped me greatly, especially in his sourdough presentations. Previously, I had experienced a couple of failures through being slightly confused as to the correct processes but after watching Richard's presentations I am pleased to say I now know exactly how to make sourdough. I am sure that I will be picking up valuable tips as I watch other parts of this course and am so pleased that I decided to take it. Thankyou Richard!

I’m loving the course, but my only complaint is the tiny print in the course notes. Is there any way I can enlarge them?

This course is excellent. The instructions are complete and easy to follow. Mr Bertinet clearly covers the “how-tos” and also manages to touch your heart and keep your passion for baking alive. There is not only “information” here, but more importantly, there is “inspiration!”

What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course? Pursue a hobby
I learned so much more from his teaching. I have been baking breads for a least 25 years. As an electrical engineer with no baking experience, my uncle had a bakery and he taught me so much about bread baking because I had such a taste for the bread I had when I was a child. This was after I had retired. Peter Bertinet just inceased my kownledge about dough and how to handle all types of dough. His techniques have made me a much more confident person when making and baking dough and his recipes have really improved the breads I make. I have recently made an Alsace Onion Tart using Peter's pizza dough rolled out very very thing. It turned out fantastic. I want to thank you for your course. Len Kufel Buffalo, NY

What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course? Pursue a hobby
I've been making bread on and off for years but have never had results as good as I've had after following Richard's course. It's completely changed my approach and it's been really exciting to feel a massive increase in self confidence with bread making.
