“I learned so much more from his teaching. I have been baking breads for a least 25 years. As an electrical engineer with no baking experience, my uncle had a bakery and he taught me so much about bread baking because I had such a taste for the bread I had when I was a child. This was after I had retired. Peter Bertinet just inceased my kownledge about dough and how to handle all types of dough. His techniques have made me a much more confident person when making and baking dough and his recipes have really improved the breads I make. I have recently made an Alsace Onion Tart using Peter's
pizza dough rolled out very very thing. It turned out fantastic. I want to thank you for your course.
