“Entertaining and so informative! I binge-watched the whole course and am about to do it again, just for fun. Richard is an excellent instructor. The classes are very complete and easy to grasp. His technique with the dough is wonderful to watch and learn. In addition to the breads you would hope to be taught, there are several really fun breads that I didn't expect but I'll be sure to try, like green pea and chickpea flatbreads, fougasse and several more. I've got my dough scraper and my bread flour and I'm raring to go now!!”

“I have been making bread for years, but wanted to expand my repertoire and improve my skills. I thought I might watch all the lessons, but may only make some of the recipes, I don't usually have much white bread/flour, but I am so enjoying Richard's instruction that I am working through every lesson in order. His love of dough is very infectious and to be taught by someone so passionate about what they do is a real treat. I'm loving every minute.”
