“I found this vegetarian cooking with Marco Pierre White interesting and inspiring for myriad reasons: 1. The repetition of ingredients for different dishes is economical and also very clever at teaching you to create completely different things with just a few minor tweaks. 2. Something about his philosophy of food is compelling and encourages you to think about cooking to preserve and enhance the flavour of the ingredients rather than make something complex for complexity’s sake. All in all, a useful and practical insight into how a certain calibre of chef sees and celebrates food.”

“I am in love with Marco Pierre White's focus and his way of teaching. If I had him as a mentor I would have been successful in life. Remarkable, authentic, loveable Chef. He loves his butter. So if you don't like cooking with lots of butter this course is not for you.l go over each lesson two or three times and then read the course notes and add my own scribbles and then try to duplicate his genius. Don't be disappointed if you don't get it on the first try. Marco has developed his precision over the years. I am abit slow but I always get it at the end. Bravo Chef White

“Vegetables are often treated as an afterthought in cooking, relegated to accompaniments rather than taking centre stage. This course completely changed how I view vegetables. Chef Marco also teaches the sous-vide method, an approach that has removed much of the stress from my cooking. Finally—and perhaps most importantly for me—when performance anxiety creeps in, I channel Chef Marco’s calm, grounded approach, and the stress simply evaporates.”
