“I'm grateful that Morre decided to express his thoughts on storytelling. I don't 100% agree with all that he said but it was great to learn his perspective on the craft. It was also great to be validated on some of my thoughts on storytelling. The length of each lesson was perfect. I would purchase more content from the BBC because of this one.”

“I really enjoyed this course. Alan Moore's early insights cover the (at times mythic) history of language whilst his later lessons focus on progressive, avant-garde writing. Everything in between is a fascinating study on everything from genre, character work and misdirection (to name but a few). Definitely recommend.”

“Alan Moore is fascinating and I love the secrets he gives away and the very useful techniques for the use of words, the characterisation, and all the details such as which person to write in, which tense, the setting etc. The examples are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed this course.
