“I enjoyed hearing about Lee's personal experiences as a writer, especially from the inception of his writing career. The course was well structured, particularly in the way it focussed on his two first books at the beginning of the course, with the later parts of the course progressing to his more recent books. Lee gives excellent examples of what he is talking about, including using his own writing. I found the examples to be very useful.
The course notes are great and closely reflect the video content and key points, which means I won't feel like I've lost significant content after I can no longer access the videos. The exercises in the notes are great too.”

“Lee Child, like his character, Jack Reacher, is pragmatic--very good at explaining things logically. He gives the salient idea and then kernel examples/stories that sere the concepts into your brain. I love the author as much as the character, although he says the author is invisible.”
