I loved this extremely well-constructed and interesting course. It was so inspirational to hear JoJo's insights - her warmth, thoughtfulness and obvious expertise gave the course immense value. I also appreciated hearing the perspectives of JoJo's publisher (Louise Moore) and agent (Shiela Crowley) - very valuable lessons. Thank you JoJo and team!

Ms. Moyes is doing a fantastic job of explaining the important things needed to learn in writing love stories or romance novels. Reading her books while this is going on is very helpful as well. She is very different from most romance authors, in a really good way. I'm enjoying her lessons very much.

I absolutely loved this course, i'm a teen homeschooler and an inspiring writer and this course helped me a lot in learning how and what to write about. Another thing to point out is that Jojo Moyes has great tips on how to actally get publish(what was very helpful) and how to structure your book.

I'd never heard of Jojo Moyes (thus never read any of her books) and found this course a bit of a misnomer - I was expecting romance, and it turned out to be more women's fiction. She kept going on and on about a book she wrote where the chap kills himself at the end - a sad ending is a no-no in a romance story. I'm sure for people interested in women's fiction this course helps, but not really for writers or romance or romantic suspense. Also, on at least one point she did completely contradict advice given by one of the other authors (cannot remember if it was Lee Child or Ken Follett). However, obviously a lot of advice about writing is the same irrespective of genre and can be followed by anyone. As a presenter she is clear and easy to understand, which always helps.

Thank you for this lovely course, I read her book Me Before You simultaneously with the lessons. By following along with the writing process of the book, much becomes clear.
