Happiness; Mo Gawdat The best Happiness course I have ever done It is 360 degree or a holistic approach to happiness, which Happiness is here and now and my actions and attitude are the only parameter I can control to get 80:20 of the results. Thanks for sharing your down to earth content loaded happiness journey with me, so touching, empowering and with a positive spin to life in the fast-paced modern society we live in today. Your advice on the responsible production, use and interaction with Artificial Intelligence is highly appreciated too

I'm going through a really tough time at the moment and I found this course at just the right time. It is like a rock that I can hold to. I sometimes thought that some of the exercises sounded crazy, but I tried them anyway and found that they really do work. I am calmer in the face of difficulties in my life and I am beginning to be able to tap into happiness at a time when I would have thought it impossible. I am truly grateful to have found this course. Xx
