“Where has this man been all my life? I was having a really bad day and everything I did was annoying me, I was looking through my BB Maestro for some inspiration but just couldn't get into them. I saw Mo's title of Happiness and thought give it a go. I was hooked and fascinated. The sections are not long and the episode on the perception of time is one I need to revisit, that was an eye opener. I listened through it all whilst at work and on my way home and felt balanced again.”
