The chorus of mad budgies that like to follow me around, wittering, have noticed me eyeing them up in a less impressed manner since listening to Oliver Burkeman's Time Management course. It could also be called Oliver Burkeman's Get a Grip course. Ever sensible, he gently pats you on the shoulder whilst helping you chuck out all the rubbish that's using up the time you'd rather be doing something else. Loved it.

Love Oliver's approach. Though it's more phylosophical than practical, I loved content.

A great listen/watch, extremely well presented - loved the birdsong in the background. It really made me re-think how I use my time and have already changed my plans for this week.

A great leveller and reality check… that to rigorously follow a kind of ’tick box’ lifestyle is unlikely to lead to a true sense of engagement or fulfilment.

The title is something of a misnomer because this course is not about time management in the conventional sense. It's more about time acceptance. Accepting that each of us has a finite amount of time and deciding what we will *not* do, as much as what we will do. This is a philosophical course as much as a practical one. I found it calming and freeing.
