“This video is beatifully shot with a wonderful celebrity name to present it.
However I do feel it needed more examples and definitely more signposting. I don't know Cox's work so I don't know the characters he's talking about.
OK I haven't yet finished the course, but you need a yes or no answer. My real answer to 'would I recommend this course?' is Maybe.”

“The most useful parts were the conversation with Nancy Bishop and some of the workshops, or self tape exercises, with the students.
Brian was talking in quite general, almost philosophical, terms about acting. I felt a lot of it lacked specific tips and instructions in how to improve the individual actor's craft. I was happy enough to watch it and let it wash over me, but I can't imagine watching it again, apart from a couple of the lessons.”

“Brian has such a way with the craft of acting. This style of teaching made for a very in depth and interesting course which I highly recomend to anyone interested in the world acting. Seeing how Brian taught the students and gave them feedback was extremely valuable too.”

“The first 2 lessons were just too general. As a professional actor I need specific information not general comments like ‘be kind to yourself’ or ‘study the script’, we know all this. We need ways to break through, ideas for rebranding yourself, helpful, tangible advice not airy fairy chat.”

“This course is excelent - a true reflection of its lecturer. The amount of precious knowledge and insights into the world of acting, given with such generosity and enthusiasm, more than exceeds the price of admission. Brian is an excellent actor and, judging by this course, a wonderful human being, teacher and professional. I haven't finished this course, yet, but I have no doubt it will not disappoint.”
