“Even though I am a yoga teacher and have practiced breathing and taught breathing for a very long time, I continue to learn. This is a high quality course. I have been particularly interested in it because of his research into the formation of mouths and jaws and the impact this has on our health. I have squint teeth and many dental issues. I see it in my grand daughters too. Breathing efficiently and effectively is so, so important for our wellbeing . I have been lucky to have had many great teachers but none have touched on the formation of the jaw and chewing. My grand father did though!! I was heartened to hear of a local dentist who advised his patient to learn to breathe. This course needs to be available to students. I highly recommend it.”

“Even supposing you just watch one course on BBC Maestro, make it THIS one by James Nestor - practical work you can do around improving your health through breath. Sounds wacko, but there are loads of easy exercises with lots of science (or ancient religious practice!) to back them up.”

“Began sharing some of these lessons as soon as I'd watched them. Brilliantly delivered with humilty and humour, the Hold It and Over Breathing lessons were brand new, perspective-altering bodily experiences, but the course overall showed me just how bad a breather I really am! Will do this again.”
