“It is informative and very "unpushy" about the lessons it aims to teach, in the sense that Mr. Nestor makes no claims of knowing or offering "wonder cures" of any kind. The approach is pitch-perfect for someone earnestly interested in improving his or her basic breathing habits and in reaping the potential benefits but wary of people purporting to offer miraculous life improvements. He comes across as sincere, unassuming and deeply convinced about what he has to offer, but loathe to overstate the case.”

“I am enjoying this excellent course which has lots of detail and exercises which I find very useful. What I don't like is when the presenter is talking to me and the camera angle changes to the side so it now looks as if he is talking to another person which I can't see. I find this quite annoying.”

“Perhaps the best gift I gave to myself in a long while - this course offers you background information and at the same time you are provided with so many useful exercises. I was initially surprised that the course cost so little (I used a discount) - for a while I was looking for a good course on breathing techniques, and am grateful for having the opportunity to learn from a true master of his craft.
Exercises are easy to understand and demonstrated in a way that you immediately participate and more important, directly feel the results.
