“Tim needs to rule the world! I can't get enough of what he talks about. We all need to be eating this way and the food industries, government, schools all need to be listening and adapting, urgently. I am an 80's baby so have been brought up on UPF's and then brain washed with crash diets and calorie counting. I am trying to relearn and re-wire the way I think about food and desparately trying to raise my children with Tim's logic. I listen to the Zoe podcasts frequently too. I would love to see more courses or TV programs with Tim, I need to know more about fermenting and also making sourdough. I know he says it's easy but I really am clueless and worried it will "go off". I also would love to see him cook more, with more cooking ideas, epecially ones that can help wean children into eating these foods. I do have his cookbook but would love to see him cook these things, especially with children in mind. Great course, it's also a good one to listen to as well as watching.”
