“Have not yet finished watching this course, but already I find myself just casually making changes to my diet that are not extreme, and actually use stuff I've already got in the house. Dr. Spector's approach is engaging and open; over the course of the first few videos alone, he demystifies a lot of the science for easy digestion, literally.

“There is not much in this I didn’t already know and while Tim is in inspirational I think the accessibility to all the episodes is difficult.
I keep finding myself back at the page wanting me to pay for the course I have already paid for.
