“Professor Tim Spector's explanations and approach are truly outstanding. His presentation is highly engaging, delivered at an excellent pace that keeps me captivated. However, recent discoveries as explained in the New Scientist have shed light on some previously unknown risks associated with kimchi, fermented foods, and alcohol consumption, indicating that there is still much more to uncover in this intriguing field.”
