J'ai absolument adoré ce cours. Vraiment extraordinaire. Je suis très heureuse d'avoir eu accès à ces informations très complètes et inspirantes sur la santé du micro biome. Je vais commander son livre de recettes et modifier notre façon de nous alimenter. Je croyais que nous mangions suffisamment de légumes ! Eh bien non. Nous adapterons nos repas en fonction des informations du cours. La recherche en nutrition nous permet d'accéder à une meilleure santé grâce au cours du Dr. Spector. Un grand merci.

It was a little high level and repetitive. I'd have preferred more indepth - maybe some recipes for fermentation, etc.

I have been following Professor Tim Spector through ZOE, the way he explained everything is easy to understand. I always been interested in improving health through eating healthy.
