“I am familiar with Tim Spector's work at ZOE, but I learned some new facts about healthy eating in this course. I like his 80/20 principle (although I aim for 90/10) because we all have times where we cannot eat healthy, or choose not to, i.e., on a vacation. Tim has a very practical approach to healthy eating that anyone can adopt. The only thing I would like to see added to this course is time stamps at the bottom of each video so you can scroll to topics of interest. I really appreciated the course notes so I can refer back to them.”

“Talk of the role of the gut microbiome Has been in the ether for some time but the thing I love about Professor Spectre's course is that it gives a good grounding in the science. I have worked in mental health and am very interested in the effects on the mental and emotional health that can be achieved by eating in this way. So far I am quite gripped by the course.”
