“Really excellent course. Explains the science, explains how digestion takes place and explains why there is so much sickness due to the trickery of the food and diet industries. Fascinating.”

“I think there might be some good content in the course but it is too slow. The first few lessons have told me nothing new and are quite patronising. Money for old rope? I just want to get to the good stuff which could probably be condensed into half the number of lessons. I'm finding it hard to keep awake even though I really do want to know what he has to say. Please stick to original content not dull low brow obvious stuff.”

“Tim’s enthusiasm and immense knowledge is infectious. I consider myself a healthy eater but have learned so much from this course
I really enjoyed it and feel inspired to practice the things I have learned.
The course notes are good”

“Helpful in terms of learning to care for my body more - understanding how it responds to certain foods & making small changes.
Tim explains it all very simply & it all makes sense.
Looking forward to trying the ‘k’s’ out and getting more variety foods.
The expression ‘My Gut Garden’ is what made me realise that taking more care of what goes in to my ‘machine’ and what makes it ‘run’ better.
- would be nice to have a link to any cookbooks and/or recipes for the foods he makes that he says are delicious - they’d be a simple way to start including fermented foods.”
