“A most useful course, not too long and with many helpful tips, the pattern of getting up at approximately the same time each day regardless of whether the night has been broken, the importance of bright light in the morning and low light in the evening. I could go on but this is just a flavour of the course. Also Stephanie has a most pleasant and relaxed presenting manner; enough to relax one and put one to sleep in fact!”

Although it does not looks like much if you sum it up like this, the course is excellently presented, it is evidence based and I think I will use this positively for the rest of my life.”
