What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course? Learn a new skill
This course has helped change not just my goals with sleep (to wake up at the same time most days), but my attitude towards sleep. Especially the days when I feel less than rested upon waking.

Great basic instruction! 1. Get up at a fixed time 2. Lots of light in the morning, less in the evening 3. Get moving the morning 4. Don't worry about your sleep, it ebbs and flows Although it does not looks like much if you sum it up like this, the course is excellently presented, it is evidence based and I think I will use this positively for the rest of my life.

The course gave me some tools to work on improving my sleep but most of all to understand my sleep.
