“I did this course because I kept waking up in the night and not being able to go back to sleep. I had a quite rigid bed time so I could get 8 hours sleep a night, which I then failed to sleep well in. I loved this course, I made a lot of changes and have really felt the benefit. I go to bed when I'm tired now, I get up early even when I am not going to work. I'm appreciating the extra time I have and the better morning energy. I wind down in the evening and do the things that tell my body to wake up. My sleep envorinment is better and it's all going really well. Stephanie gives you advice to follow and if you try it you just might get a good sleep. The course is well organised and Stephanie is an engaging presenter. It's a great course which comes highly recommended by a much better rested, much less stressed me.”

“While there is nothing earth-shattering about this course, there is a lot of good, practical advice. I haven't had time to put her suggestions into effect but I am hopeful that they will improve my sleep. This is a short course and, by watching it a double speed, I was able to watch it all in an afternooon.
I originally left a 4-star review but, after putting some of the suggestions into practice, my sleep has improved markedly. I must, therefore, give it 5 stars.”
