“The way it was presented in the advertisement set my expectations way too high but overall it’s a nice learning but average. I liked the labeling of people behavior piece from t-Rex to lion , to monkey and mouse and not to take it personal. Explaining the concepts and context is fine but the challenging part is implementing it on the ground is where most of us find it hard. My suggestion is to include some interactive quizzes and exercises after every session.”

“Great course! Breaks interactions down and puts into good context. Some things may be new, some you have noticed over time but this breaks it down nicely so when you now notice these different types of interactions you can practice on how to best handle the situation.”
