“Not at all what I was expecting or looking for. Just a series of recipes, not a mixology course, with an instructor incredibly heavy on affectation and equally light on fundamentals. (People are going to get hurt, for instance, with that wildly-irresponsible recommended method of opening a champagne bottle.) I've requested a refund.”
