“Jed is clear and concise - as crisp as his writing. You get everything you need to know here and he doesn't fob you off with extraneous information. It really is in the style of his writing. Authentic but not cloyingly so. This is worth it if you want to learn about TV series writing.”

“I love his work, and the biggest revelation was he writes the series 'himself', I always assumed there was a team of writers behind the brilliant and gripping shows of Line of Duty and Bodyguard, amongst others.
I love learning about the creative process of making a TV show, I have no ambition to do it myself, but funny enough I now feel I could, well???
Highly recommended.”

“It’s a pretty good course, but it’s not as in depth and prescriptive as say Shonda Rhimes on Masterclass
Also, though I do like that your iPhone app continues to play when I put my phone to sleep in my pocket, it doesn’t let me resume where I was when I open the app later. I have to search for the class every time. I’d prefer a “continue watching” button that took me to right where I left off.”

“Outstanding. I've watched several BBC Maestro courses and this has been head and shoulders best, so far.
Jed Mercurio is an excellent teacher. The whole course is broken down into applicable lessons.
I struggled a bit with Jed's scientific analogies but, when I could get my head around them, I found some of them useful, like locus and vector.
More courses of this quality, please!”
