“Great ideas and what a genius. However, a recipe that says "cook lamb for quite some time until fat is rendered", give me a ballpark figure: 3 minutes or 15. It is a video, so perhaps stages to look for or feel described.”

“The food might be fabulous but was overshadowed demeanour, temparament and hygiene practices of the chef. Sampling with fingers repeatedly, fingers in hot oil and kicked oven doors are not acceptable in my kitchen.
I much prefer Richard Bertinet and Vineet Bhatia's lessons.”
