It show-cased techniques and a simplicity to cooking. Creating delicious food, without all the complications Chefs tend to introduce”

“I am a novice cook if I can even call myself that. Marco's authoritative but encouraging and reassuring style worked perfectly for me. Marco tells us of his upbringing, challenges and how he worked his way from kitchen assistant to the top. And then how he gave it all away again. You pay attention because you respect Marco and you take on his tips for cooking and living life with passion. I'm a better cook as a result. And possibly a better person. A hugely enjoyable experience.”

“It was ok but considering Mr White's stellar reputation, not to mention his media appearances, I was expecting something a little more sophisticated. He rambled on and waggled his finger at the audience. Using fingers to pick up and turn food is not a particularly good thing to model.”
