“I love his explanations and demonstration of technique it has definately elevated my skills. His recipes are mostly made from ingredients I can source here in Canada. I am paying attention to details and it shows in the finished dishes. Also took his vegetarian course and would take any other courses he posts. Family style serving works really well to elevate this grannies home cooking. The family and guests sure appreciate the results.”
