“At first I thought he was a bit pretentious, but then I realised he speaks with incredible passion and devotion to simplicity, which really comes through in the recipes. I've cooked a few dishes from this course now and I felt really in control, I knew what to do and how to do it and the dishes worked out perfectly and people said they tasted restaurant quality.”
